The device is designed for handles with a radius of R300. The device facilitates easy insertion of the cord into the leather, shaping the handle by pressing and gluing them and cutting off the excess leather.
The machine consists of a work surface with a template slot for leather and strand, a replaceable positioning roller for strand 5,7,9 mm, a heating device, a template closing arm, and a cutting device.
The device can be adjusted in height to facilitate the ergonomic criterion for most personnel, using the buttons installed on the left side of the workspace. Four heights can be memorized. The device can be used as a separate unit or can be integrated into more complex systems.
